We visited some places in Madison that have become a tradition for our family in preparation for Christmas: The state Christmas tree in the capitol rotunda, coffee and a pastry at a favorite restaurant.
A new thing we did was visit a small Moravian church that I heard had an old-fashioned Putz or manger scene that incorporates natural objects as well as the Holy Family and visitors. It was very kind of them to allow us to visit in the middle of the week.
We’ve had a wonderful Christmas and high hopes for the New Year. We wish the same for you! Begonia
